With over 5 years of experience in the fitness industry, I specialize in strength training, CrossFit, speed and agility, and nutrition coaching. My passion lies in helping you achieve your health and wellness goals.
My journey started at just 9 years old when I was an overweight kid competing in lacrosse and football. Determined to get on the field, I worked hard to transform my fitness, eventually earning a spot on a college lacrosse team. Today, I compete in CrossFit, chasing my dream of reaching the CrossFit Games. I know what it feels like to be weak, slow, and unathletic, but through dedication and perseverance, I’ve become the athlete I am today.
I believe fitness is about more than just physical appearance; it’s about building confidence, creating sustainable habits, and fostering a positive mindset. Through personalized coaching, I aim to empower my clients to reach their full potential.
