Why “Stable”?

The name “Stable” was chosen for three reasons one being physical, another for theme, and another for spirituality. For the first physical reason stability training is at the core and foundation of our training meaning each athlete starts their experience with lots of Isometric exercises not only to show their current athleticism but to correlate theses exercise to their on field ability. For the reason regarding theme we hope to one day have a farm style gym and we want to give the image of training with the athleticism of a horse as they are fast, powerful, and strong. For the last and most important reason the name was chosen is for the birth of Jesus Christ. If there is one thing more important than any principle we can offer is a Christ-like character. We want each and every athlete to have a relationship with Christ because with him we remove all limitations, he is the maker of all things, and lastly sports are not forever, but Jesus is!
